INGREDIENTS
2 Tomahawk pork chops
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Take out the pork chops and leave at room temperature
Prepare a pan on high heat with olive oil
Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry in the pan
Cook on each side. Continue turning chops every 3 or 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 62ºC. Cooking time will depend on how thick the Tomahawk Chops are.
