BBQ Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
800g Baby back ribs2x300g Iberico pata negra pork loin chops
1tbsp galic powder
2tbsp salt
1tsp ground black pepper
1cup barbeque sauce
DIRECTIONS
Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover.
Season with garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
Bring water to a boil, and cook ribs until tender.
Preheat oven to 165°C.
Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a baking tray.
Pour barbeque sauce over ribs.
Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in oven for 60-90mins.
