Butter Poached Lobster Tail on Cheese Cream Sauce with Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
1 pack Canadian lobster tail
20g of organic butter
1 pack of Jamie Oliver spaghetti
100g of mixed cheese
250ml cooking cream
10g Parmesan, grated
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Steam the lobster tail in steaming oven or boil in water for 5 minutes
Drain and cool down in ice water
Crack the lobsters
Half the lobster tail
In a pan, melt the butter and place the lobster tail inside
Slightly simmer the tail in the butter for 1-2 minutes
Boil the spaghetti in salted water
Drain and set aside
In a pot, pour the cooking cream and bring to a simmer
Add the cheese mix and stir thoroughly until smooth
Add the spaghetti to the cheese sauce and mix well
Place the spaghetti in a deep bowl and top of with the buttery lobster
