Tuna Steak with Home fries

INGREDIENTS
200g x 4 Tuna steak
1 Lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper
4 pcs Dutch cream potatoes
1 ltr Rice bran oil
1 sprig of Rosemary
1 tsp Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Season the tuna steaks with lemon juice, salt and pepper
Potatoes cut into 8 wedges(unpeel)
In a large pot, boil the salted water, add the potato wedges and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Take out the wedges and pat dry with a towel
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the tuna for 2 minutes on each side and set aside.
In a large pot, heat the rice bran oil to 180 °C
Fry the wedges in the hot oil until golden brown
Chop the rosemary and toss the hot potatoes in a bowl with salt and rosemary
Slice the fish into tranches and serve with the Potatoes
