Teriyaki Salmon

INGREDIENTS
200g x 4 Skinless salmon fillets
250ml Japanese soy sauce
10g Grated ginger
20ml Mirin
20g Manuka blend honey
1tsp Sesame oil
A pinch of sesame seed
DIRECTIONS
In a pot, heat the soy sauce, mirin and honey
Bring to a boil and add the ginger
Simmer this mixture until it becomes a syrup consistency
Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets and marinate with this mix, set aside for a while
Prepare an oven proof dish and place the salmon inside
Bake in a preheated 150°C oven for 20 minutes
