Salmon with Honey Soy Marinade

INGREDIENTS
200g x 2 Salmon fillet, skin on
For the marinade:
200ml Light soy sauce
1tsp Honey
10g Sesame seed
1tsp Sesame oil
10g Grated ginger
1tsp Lime juice
Chopped coriander
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and place the salmon inside
Marinate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight
Prepare an oven proof dish and place the salmon skin side up
In a preheated 180°C oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Serve with noodle or rice
